Total positives in Mineral County reach 56

KEYSER – The total number of positive COVID-19 cases in Mineral County currently stands at 56.

According to the latest numbers posted on the Mineral COunty Health Department’s Facebook page, there are currently five active cases, with 48 people having recovered from the virus.

There have been three deaths attributed to COVID-related issues since March.

Statewide, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) reports there have been 175,117 total confirmatory laboratory results received for COVID-19, with 2,979 total cases and 93 deaths.
