MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - Earlier this week, USA Today announced its 2017 All-USA West Virginia football team and Keyser's QB/Safety, Brady Ours, was included on the list.

This year the Golden Tornado finished the regular season with a record of 7-3 to earn a spot in the West Virginia Class AA Playoffs in part because of the versatility, leadership and overall athletic ability of senior Brady Ours. An unselfish and team first player, Brady was Keyser’s primary punter, kicker, quarterback, and safety, not to mention in certain offensive packages he lined up in the backfield at tailback or split out wide as a wingback or wide receiver. Based upon his athletic achievements on the gridiron this season, Brady Ours was officially selected as a DB/S on the USA Today West Virginia Second Team Defense.

A class act on the field and a wizard in the classroom, Ours is a well rounded athlete. Brady was a key member of the 2016 Keyser state championship track team and currently he is showing off his skills on the hardwood shooting hoops & dropping dimes for the Golden Tornado. Humble and always appreciative of the many awards thrown his way, Brady recently has received scholarship offers to continue his football career at West Virginia State University and West Virginia Wesleyan. The lucky college Brady Ours decides to attend will inherit an incredible athlete with exceptional academic standards. Brady Ours is proud to be from Mineral County and the people of Mineral County can be proud of Brady Ours.

Joining the Keyser kid, are the following players who were also  selected as part of the All-USA Today WV Football Team. The individuals mentioned below hail from teams Keyser or Frankfort played against or scrimmaged this season. The full list can be found online at:
