Twila A. "Dolly" Moomau Riggleman

Twila A. "Dolly" Moomau Riggleman, 83, of Keyser, WV, died Monday, October 11, 2021 at the Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser, WV.

Born on April 25, 1938 in Keyser, WV, she was a daughter of the late Russell J. and Loretta (Bucklew) Hoffman. She also was preceded in death by her first husband of 46 years, James Roland Moomau on March 6, 2002; a son, James Roland Moomau, Jr., two sons-in-law, Steve Jones and Glenn Arbaugh; four brothers, Russell, Raymond, Harry and Robert Hoffman and two sisters, Anna Sharpless and Clara Coleman.

Mrs. Riggleman was a 1956 graduate of Keyser High School and retired as a secretary for Spencer Trucking. She was a member of the Allegany Baptist Temple in McCoole, MD. She read her Bible faithfully and enjoyed playing online games, especially Solitaire and Bingo. She was in her glory when her family was around her and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Surviving is her husband, Raymond H. Riggleman; three daughters, Cheryl L. Jones of Bridgewater, VA, Carol G. Arbaugh of Purgitsville, WV and Candice E. Riggleman and husband Robert of Keyser; four stepchildren, Kenneth Umstot and wife Pam of New Creek, WV, Harold "Butch" Riggleman and wife Dixie of Burlington, WV, Mary Ann Tekieli of Carolina, WV and Larry Riggleman and wife Judy of Fountain, WV; a sister, Neva Lymburner of Kettering, OH; eight grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Friday, October 15, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted immediately following the visitation at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Walter Lancaster officiating.

Interment will be in the Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.
