McCoole, MD - Phillis Gerard Ravenscroft, 71, of McCoole, MD, died Sunday, October 3, 2021 at her residence.

Born on July 5, 1950, she was a daughter of the late Eugene and Vauda May Rinker. She also was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank T. "Guss" Gerard on July 8, 1992; a daughter, Gina Ravenscroft; a brother, Ronald Sites and a sister, Darlene Fitzwater.

Mrs. Ravenscroft was a 1968 graduate of Keyser High School. She greatly enjoyed line dancing, going to the beach for special family vacations and spending time with her grandkids.

Surviving is her husband of nearly 25 years, Mark S. Ravenscroft; her children, Angela Llewellyn and husband Herb of McCoole, Frank T. Gerard, II of McCoole and Stephen Ravenscroft and wife Genie of Romney, WV and six grandchildren, Tommy Llewellyn, Alexis Ravenscroft and boyfriend Derrik Hardman, Mercedes Ravenscroft and fiance, Corrado Toccitto, Caiden Ravenscroft, Paisley Ravenscroft and Maddix Ravenscroft. Also surviving are her special furry friends, Gracie, Pudgie and Marley.

Friends will be received at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Saturday, October 9, 2021 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m.

A funeral service will be conducted at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. with Deacon Harold Bradley officiating.

Interment will be in the Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.
