KEYSER - The Keyser City Council took care of some housekeeping items during their last meeting.
Although a special meeting was called for Tuesday evening tis week, there will be no second regular council meeting this month, and only one in December due to the holidays.
Finance commissioner Mike Ryan made the motion to hold only one regular meeting for November and December, and Eric Murphy seconded it.
Murphy then made a motion to approve a $150 pay incentive to city employees in November, and William Zacot seconded it.
In other business:
 - Free parking will once again be offered throughout December in downtown Keyser, on a motion made by Zacot and seconded by Murphy.
 - Following an executive session the council voted to obtain bids to repair the roof on City Hall.
“I think we can get it paid with what we have,” Ryan said of the city’s budget.
The business conducted during the Nov. 13 meeting was completed by three council members - Jennifer Junkins was absent and mayor Damon Tillman has not yet indicated if he plans to replace Terry Liller, who resigned at the end of October.
