CHARLESTON - The West Virginia Department of Education has announced a series of education forums to discuss the upcoming education reform special legislative session, and the closest site to Mineral County is in Berkeley Springs. The public forums are planned as an opportunity for state residents to voice support for much-needed education reform in West Virginia, according to the WVDE.
