OAKLAND - Two Mineral County residents were among the six persons arrested in Garrett County Sunday in connection with an alleged drug buy and road range incident.

OAKLAND - Two Mineral County residents were among the six persons arrested in Garrett County Sunday in connection with an alleged drug buy and road range incident.
According to published reports, Jason W. Winkler, 39, of Oakland, is accused of purchasing methamphetamine from Michael S. Dixon, 21, of Mount Storm at approximately 11 p.m. Sunday.
The two had met in the 600 block of George Washington Highway. Dixon was a passenger in a Subaru Legacy being driven by Dakota W. Daugherty, 23, of Keyser, and Winkler was driving a Cadillac Eldorado.
Winkler allegedly rammed the Subaru with his Cadillac, pushing it off the road, and a fight broke out, reportedly involving the use of a knife and crowbar.
Winker, Kimberly Rivera, 33, of Davis, West Virginia, and Tiffany Coffman, 28, of Eglon, West Virginia, were all arrested and charged with second-degree assault and possession of CDS paraphernalia.
Dixon was charged with possession with intent to distribute and possession of methamphetamine.
Chloe M. Schenck, 20, of Burlington, was also charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, along with two counts of possession of CDS and one count of possession of CDS paraphernalia.
All the suspects were jailed to await bond hearings.
