KEYSER - The Keyser City Christmas Parade will be held on Friday, Dec. 5.

KEYSER - The Keyser City Christmas Parade will be held on Friday, Dec. 5.
The parade will begin at 7 p.m. and the line-up will begin at 6 p.m.
After the parade, everyone is invited to attend the tree lighting ceremony at the City Hall lot. Following the tree lighting there will be some songs performed by First Baptist Church of Westernport and Danville Church of the Brethren.
The parade will turn right onto Armstrong Street and disband on Water Street.
The lineup is as follows:
Cross Street: Keyser Police Department, American Legion Post 41, Girl Scouts, Mineral County Relay for Life, Keyser Middle School Builders Club.
Lincoln Street: FNB Bank, Mountainview Veterinary Services, Keyser High Drama, Car-Vibe, Edward Jones, Valley Medical.
Maryland Street: Agricolae 4-H, Five Star Karaoke, Potomac State Equine Club, Cub Scout Pack 27, Cub Scout Pack 69, Cub Scouts Pack (Jim Schultz), Boy Scout Troop 27, VFW Post 3518, First United Methodist Church.
Chestnut Street: First United Bank & Trust, Ali Ghan Shriners, C&F Mortgage, First Peoples Credit Union, Grace United Methodist Youth Group, Sunnyside Church, Roger Leatherman, West Virginia Army National Guard, Mineral-Keyser Library, Fountain Fire Department.
Virginia Street: Tri-Towns EMS, Keyser EMS, all other fire departments not listed, Knights of Columbus, Keymont Chapel, Potomac Highlands Soccer League, Sheetz, Danville Church of Brethren, Burlington United Methodist Family Services, Trinity Lutheran Church.
Ward Avenue: Keyser Middle School Marching Band, Mineral County Humane Society, Mineral County FFA, Royal Aire, First Baptist Church, Wepco, Mineral County Special Olympics (Frosty & Friends).
Newton Street: Delegate Gary Howell, Rent-A-Center, Charmin Ladiez Social Club, Daydream Farms Pony, Peace of Mind Pet Care, Pony Express 4H Club of Mineral County, Hello Kitty Bug.
Filtration Plant: Keyser High School Marching Band, Timbrook Ford/City of Keyser, Santa Claus.
NOTE: Any others not listed should report to Newton Street, except for fire departments or EMS, which should report to Virginia Street.
