COlleen “Jackie” Fazenbaker
PIEDMONT, W.Va. — Colleen “Jackie” Fazenbaker, 79, formerly of Piedmont, and most recently of Rt. 5 Keyser, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2011, at the home of her daughter in Keyser.
Born Nov. 30, 1931 in Beryl, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Alice (Kidwell) Beeman.  Her husband, James B. Fazenbaker, a son, Richard Eugene Fazenbaker, a granddaughter, Jamie Fazenbaker, a brother, Michael Beeman, two sisters, Beatrice Armentrout and Rose Brown, and a niece, Debbie, also preceded her in death.
Mrs. Fazenbaker was a homemaker.  She was Catholic by faith.
She leaves behind two sons, James “Jim Bob” Fazenbaker and wife Rita of Keyser, Greg Fazenbaker and wife Sarah of Piedmont; one daughter, Alice “Annie” Starkey of Keyser, with whom she resided; two sisters, Alice Smith of Martinsburg and Jean Marple of Bloomington, Md. 
She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Renae Fazenbaker, Erica Morales, Ashley Fazenbaker, Kiersten Fazenbaker, Eric Starkey, Kandi Fazenbaker, Kyleigh Fazenbaker, and Landon Fazenbaker; six great grandchildren, Nathan Warner, Clayton Faulk, McKenna Faulk, Tiana Morales, Jose Morales, and Alex Morales; two former daughter-in-laws, Nancy Vinci and Rebecca Lease; a close friend, Andrew Bishop; and several nieces and nephews, Dean, Billy, Ricky, Tammy, Chucky, Kim, Sherry, Michael, June, and Denise.
The family will receive friends at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, Md., on Friday, Jan. 21, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. 
A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home chapel on Saturday, Jan. 22, at 11 a.m., with Monsignor James Hannon officiating.
Interment will be in Bloomington Cemetery, Bloomington, Md.
