Jacksonville Jaguars rookie free agent Jarrod Harper was placed on a stretcher and carted off the field during a preseason game against the Atlanta Falcons last night (Aug. 31st). The Jaguars provided a statement regarding his current status by announcing that Jarrod Harper is being evaluated for a concussion. The Frostburg, Md. native went undrafted out of WVU and was looking to land a spot on the Jags practice squad. The outlook on Harper's overall condition seems to be positive as he made a statement on Twitter, "I appreciate everyone for the prayers and the continued prayers. I am alright and will be back out on the field soon."
