I have several questions about the school bond levy that I hope someone can answer for me. I have seen bits and pieces of this information, but I would like to have it all together.
How much money did the Elected School Board and Mr. Hackworth spend to plan all the school improvements the levy was supposed to pay for?
How many times is it legal to run the same question in an election? I always thought that after the people had spoken, the matter was settled.
How much did it cost to have the special school bond levy election?
Since we will be having the primary election in May, why didn’t they have the school bond levy election then?
I have been told that the school board hopes that people will be disinterested and only show up to vote if they are for the bond. Is this true?
How much have the new schools improved the quality of education that our children are receiving?
Some people received calls encouraging them to vote for the bond levy. Were these people paid?
