Marquerite “Marge” F. Simpson
JACKSONVILLE, FL. - Marquerite “Marge” F. Simpson, 94, of Jacksonville, Fla. and former resident of Keyser, died on Wednesday, February 17, 2010, at Jacksonville.
Born March 27, 1915 in Franklin, Md., she was a daughter of the late Grover T. and Viola (Evans) Bosley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl M. Simpson on March 5, 2005 and her daughter, Joanna M Schoppert.
Mrs. Simpson was a retired paper counter from Mead/Westvaco. She was a member of Keyser Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are her son-in-law, Richard C. Schoppert and wife Carol of Palatine, Ill.; one brother, William Bosley of Keyser; one sister, Josephine Mason of Ohio; two granddaughters, Bridget Lynne Boix of Ponte Verda Beach, Fla. and Leslie Anne Schoppert of Conrow, Texas and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Markwood Funeral Home, Keyser, on Friday, February 26, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at 11 a.m. with the Reverend Ernest L. Poland, Jr. officiating.
Interment will follow in Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.
