Anna Belle Combs, 79, of Rt. 4, Box 213, Stoney Run Road, Keyser, WV, died Sunday, May 11, 2008 at the Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser.
Born on March 23, 1929 at Luke, MD, she was a daughter of the late Guy and Maude Myrtle (Lyons) Miller. She also was preceded in death by three brothers, Eston, Ernest and Delbert Miller; one son-in-law, Ronald W. Sites and one daughter-in-law, Carol L. Combs.
Mrs. Combs was a homemaker. She was a 1947 graduate of Keyser High School, a member of the Believer's Fellowship of the Word in Love, Keyser and the Ladies Auxiliary to both Queen's Point Memorial Post # 6775, VFW, McCoole, MD and Victory Post # 155, American Legion, Westernport, MD.
Surviving are her husband of 59 years, Paul Combs; three sons, Ronald Combs and wife Susan of Toms Brook, VA, Gerald Combs of Romney, WV and Richard Combs and wife Sally of Connecticut; one daughter, Brenda Hines and husband Jerry of Keyser; two brothers, Wayne Miller and wife Ruth of Keyser and Curtis Miller and wife Joann of Burlington, WV; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Tuesday, May 13 from 4-8 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Wednesday, May 14 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Randy Crowe officiating.
Interment will be in the Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.
