KEYSER — Anita B. Miller, 69, of North Main Street, Keyser, W.Va., died Monday, June 1, 2009, at her residence.
Born on Feb. 11, 1940, at McCoole, Md., she was a daughter of the late Albert B. and Agnes (Chucci) Creasy. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Frank Creasy; and a sister-in-law, Regina Creasy.
Mrs. Miller was a 1958 graduate of the former Bruce High School in Westernport, Md. Catholic by faith, she was a homemaker and an avid shopper. She also enjoyed dancing and was a loyal Elvis Presley fan.
Surviving are her children, James B. Miller Jr. of Keyser, Angela M. Concilio and husband Darryl of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., Steven B. Miller of Keyser and his special friend, Kathleen Concilio of Piedmont, W.Va., Mark T. Miller of San Francisco, Calif., Keith E. Miller and wife Sheri of Rawlings, Md., and Jonathon L. Miller of Keyser; 12 very special grandchildren, Clinton Skelley of Keyser, Joshua and Travis Miller, both of Rawlings, Kane Twyman of Sacramento, Calif., Nicole (O'Connor) O'Neal of San Diego, Calif., Jason Nash of Norwood, N.C., Donald Nash and Katelyn, Anthony and Steven Miller, all of Piedmont, and Rhiannon Bussard and Jonna Miller of Oakland, Md.; and two great-grandchildren, Antonio and Hezekiah O'Neal of San Diego. Also surviving are four sisters, Eula Hamilton and Virginia “Jenny” Fertig and husband Earl “Hikie,” all of Keyser, Thelma McKenzie and husband William of McCoole and Louise Creasy of Keyser; four brothers, Albert Creasy of Baltimore, Md., James Creasy and wife Teresa of Tierra Verde, Fla., Bill Creasy and companion Sue Merritt of Oldtown, Md., and John Creasy and wife Louann of Merritt Island, Fla.; three aunts, Nataline Chucci, a resident of the Egle Nursing Home, Lonaconing, Md., Hazel Van Pelt of Rawlings and Isabelle Hayes, a resident of the Moran Manor Nursing Home, Westernport; and a large number of well loved nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Thursday, June 4, 2009, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Friday, June 5, 2009, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Bill Miller officiating.
Interment will be in the Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.
The family requests that memorial contributions be directed to the family in care of Keith E. Miller, 21026 McMullen Highway, S.W.  Rawlings, MD  21557.
