Paul E. Wilt
Paul Edwin Wilt, 59, of W. Piedmont Street, Keyser, WV, died Thursday, January 21, 2010 at his residence.
Born on November 23, 1950 at Keyser, WV, he was a son of the late Mason Calvin and Gyneth Geraldine (Racey) Wilt. He also was preceded in death by his adopted mother, Lorraine Nester and a sister, Eunice Dennis.
Mr. Wilt provided lawn care for many people throughout Keyser and could be seen pushing his lawnmower all through the city on his way to his different jobs. He attended the Living Faith Fellowship, Keyser.
Surviving are his son, Joseph Elvin Wilt of Cumberland, MD; a good friend whom he also considered "Mom," Lydia "Honey" Jenkins of Winchester, VA; good friends, Tim and Debbie Jackson of Keyser; brothers, Calvin "Butch" Borror of Fairfax, VA, Larry Wilt of Keyser, Frankie Wilt of Clarksburg, WV, Dale Wilt of Manassas, VA and Joseph Eversole of New Creek, WV; sisters, Marjorie Swick of Keyser, Gloria Ahern of Salem, VA and Sharon Dye of Martinsburg, WV.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Gordon Brubaker officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be in the Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.
