WESTERNPORT, Md. -

Sylvia R. Trenum, 76, of Westernport, Md. died Saturday, April 19, 2008 at WMHS Braddock Campus in Cumberland.
Born July 17, 1931 in Gilmore, she was the daughter of the late Charles E. and Rhoda K. (Donald) Robertson.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandson, Frederick “Freddie” W. Warnick, Jr.; one brother, Charles “Toots” E. Robertson, Jr.; and two sisters, Mary Lou Muir and Anna Lee Rowan.
Sylvia was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, Piedmont, WV; Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 6755, McCoole; and Victory Post American Legion Post 155 Ladies Auxiliary, Westernport.
Surviving is her husband of fifty-six years, Allen “Skeets” J. Trenum, Sr. of Westernport; one son Allen J. Trenum, Jr. of Urbana; two daughters, Debra A. Warnick of Westernport and Krista Trenum Davis and husband Rick of LaVale; one granddaughter, Tracie A. Ward and husband Chuck of Swanton; one grandson, Braeden A. Davis of LaVale; two great grandsons, Gunnar C. Ward and Eli F. Ward; one great granddaughter, Andie Nicole Ward; and one sister, Linda K. Coleman and husband Tom of Lonaconing.
The family will receive friends at the Trinity United Methodist Church in Piedmont, W.Va. on Monday, April 21, 2008 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
A memorial service will follow at the church at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Bart R. Thompson officiating.
