Homer Guy Leonard, 80, of Rt. 1, Box 169, Burlington, WV, formerly of Fox Hollow Road, Romney, WV, died Thursday, April 24, 2008 at his residence.
 Born on October 14, 1927 at Albright, WV, he was a son of the late Elroy and Lila Pearl (Snyder) Leonard. He also was preceded in death by his aunt, Vila (Leonard) Clem, who reared him and by one sister and two brothers.
  Mr. Leonard was retired with over 30 years of service from Koppers Industries in Green Spring, WV. He was a 1945 graduate of Hampshire High School.
 Surviving is one sister, Luella V. Fretwell of Lake Alfred, FL; three nephews and a close friend, Kenny Ayers of Romney, WV.
 Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home, Burlington Chapel, on Sunday, April 27 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m.
 Funeral services will be conducted at the Smith Funeral Home, Burlington Chapel, on Monday, April 28 at 2:00 p.m.
 Interment will be in the Headsville Cemetery, Headsville, WV.
