Christ Memorial Baptist Church of Westernport, is offering a night on the town to local parents by providing a fun-night in for children ages 0-12 on Saturday, May 17 from 4-9 p.m.
Heather Ours, first - third grade Sunday School teacher at CMBC invites all parents to participate in this outreach.
“Kids will hang out with Spongebob Square Pants, and will be supervised by teachers and loving parents while you enjoy an evening to  yourself,” said Ours. “The children will also enjoy a clown show, moon bounce, dinner, popcorn, cotton candy, a craft and much more.”
Photos with Spongebob will also be taken, and in addition, stories, music and dancing will be featured for the evening.
Cost is $10 for the first child and $5 for each additional child .
All proceeds raised will go towards the church’s July mission trip to Fayetteville, WV where a mission team will be completing a construction project helping to place  new siding and windows on a house of a church family who don’t have the resources to do so.
In addition, all proceeds raised will go towards the purchase of resources to host a vacation Bible school, youth projects, , servant evangelism projects, prayer walking, and providing a drive-in movie setting for the community.

Christ Memorial Baptist Church is located at 211 Roosevelt Street directly across from the former Westmar Middle School.
