Mineral County grand jury indicted 27 people as they began the summer quarter of 2008:
Among those indicted were:
• Kenneth Scott Stump, 20, of Route, 1, Wiley Ford, second-degree sexual assault, two counts of first degree sexual abuse and incest.
• Tina Marie Selders, 33, of 163 Mozelle St., Keyser, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance.
• Sinclair  Dudley III, 28, of 163 Mozelle St., Keyser, possession of a controlled  substance with intent to deliver.
• Eric Thomas Johnson, 33, 11 Maryland St., Keyser, two counts of first-degree sexual assault, two counts of second-degree sexual assault, and one count each of assault during the commission of a felony, kidnapping and attempted delivery of a controlled substance.
• Darin Fertig, 19, of 441 N. Main St., Keyser, burglary.
• Heather Janel Lena Currier, 32, of 103 Carroll Ave., Keyser, five counts of each of forgery and uttering.
• Floyd Eugene Ferguson, 34, of 21318 Donna St. Westernport, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
• Joshua Cody Paugh, 21, of 37 Maple Ave., Keyser, fraudulent use of a credit card.
• Winston Kent Redman, 22, of Route 5, Keyser, burglary, and misdemeanor charges of destruction of property and battery.
• James Travis Nelson, Jr., 20, of Route 1, Keyser, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and a misdemeanor charge of driving while license is suspended; two counts of first-degree sexual assault and one county of first-degree sexual abuse.
• Charles Kevin Hamilton, 45, of Route 4, Ridgeley, third-degree sexual assault, and four counts each of incest and sexual abuse by a custodian.
• Jason Bernard Seib, 30, of 17600 Dans Rock Road, Frostburg, fleeing while under the influence of alcohol.
• William Glen Bickling, 26, of 883 Patterson Ave., Cumberland, seven counts of breaking and entering, grand larceny, and misdemeanor charges of petit larceny and destruction of property.
• Robert Alvin Crabill, Jr., 48, of Points, breaking and entering and a misdemeanor charge of petit larceny.
• Jamey Allen Tallman, 36, of Route 4, Ridgeley, providing false evidence of registration; grand larceny and a misdemeanor charge of destruction of property; and aggravated robbery.
• Dennis Wayne Sponaugle, 28, of North Davis Street, Keyser, burglary and a misdemeanor charge of petit larceny.
• Rachael Nicole Dolly, 19, of 128 N. Lakewood Drive, Ridgeley, burglary and a misdemeanor charge of petit larceny.
• Mark Allen Aldridge, 19, of Mill Meadow Trailer Park, Keyser, breaking and entering, grand larceny, and a misdemeanor charge of destruction of property.
• Wendell Allen Morgan, 18, of RR 6 Keyser, breaking and entering, grand larceny, and a misdemeanor charge of destruction of property.
• Sherry Jean James, 38, of Route 4, Ridgeley, aggravated robbery.
• Karen Elaine Nazelrod, 44, of 49 Steyer Mine Road, Oakland, third offense DUI.
• Robert M. Grogan, 51, of 3443 W. Piedmont St., Keyser, embezzlement.
• Levi Scott Conrad, 20, of Fort Ashby, burglary and grand larceny.
• Jeremy Lee Jones, 27, of 312 Cedar Manor, Petersburg, possession of a stolen vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of giving false information to a police officer.
• Billy Joe Ours, 18, of 312 Cedar Manor, Petersburg, possession of a stolen vehicle and misdemeanor charge of giving false information o a police officer.
• Maggie Hope Blacka, 25, of New Creek, fraudulent use of a credit card and taking the identity of another.
