KEYSER — Mineral County's Commissioners will face a mostly routine agenda this evening, as they meet at 4:30 p.m. in the commission room at the courthouse.
Among the list of correspondence to be addressed are three requests from Sheriff Craig Fraley — one in regard to the hiring of a new employee, one dealing with traffic control and security at the upcoming Apple Harvest Festival in Burlington, and one regarding ride-along students.
The commissioners may also give further discussion to the proposed increase in the 911 fee attached to “land line” telephone service in the county, and note will be made of the public meeting on that topic scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 27.
The meeting is open to the public.

KEYSER — Approval of graduation dates for Keyser and Frankfort high schools and the Technical Center is on the agenda for tonight's Mineral County Board of Education meeting.
Also included on the agenda are a number of personnel items, as well as the scheduling of a work session for the board, tentatively set for Saturday, Oct. 10.
Tonight's meeting gets underway at 6 p.m. in the administrative office at 1 Baker Place, Keyser.
