KEYSER — The Mr. Tornado X Contest will be held at Keyser High School on Thursday, May 7, at 8 p.m. in the theatre. 
There are 20 contenders this year, and the emcees for the evening are Courtney Nelson and Megan Moreno.
The young men will first present themselves in sportswear and then in formal wear.  They will each have an escort from the theater and British literature classes. 
The set for the production was designed and built by Deanna Oates, and the third block technical theatre students, who are in charge of the backstage area during the contest.
The students chose “Trinidad” as their theme and have designed a very festive set for the men who are participating.
The student director for the program is Breanna Redman with technical director, Deanna Oates.
Admission is $5 at the door.  No reservations need to be made.
