JUNE 11, 2008

• DFC Chris Leatherman appeared in Mineral County Circuit Court for a scheduled hearing on James Nelson Jr.
• DFC Chris Leatherman arrested Rachael Nicole Dolly, age 19 of Lakewood Drive, Ridgeley.  Dolly had been released on bond and her bond was revoked. Dolly was later transported to the Regional Jail in Augusta.
• DFC Smith, Deputy Weakley and Deputy Marc Leatherman responded to Main Street in Ridgeley regarding a complaint of fight.  It was also reported that subjects were attempting to remove American flags from the streets in Ridgeley.  Cumberland PD officers responded to the bridge to assist.  Several juveniles were observed in the area but no arrests were made.  Ridgeley PD was not available for the call.
• Cpl. Wingler, DFC Chris Leatherman and DFC Smith served numerous civil summons.

Keyser City Police Department

June 7, 2008
• Following a complaint, Keyser City Police Officers arrested Aaron James McGoye, 18, of Keyser for trespassing, obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct
• KCPO arrested Jared Lee Riggleman, 25, of Keyser on a warrant for failure to appear

June 8, 2008
• KCPO arrested Matthew Allen Poland, 21, of Keyser for DUI
• Following a traffic stop, KCPO arrested David Michael Blake, 36, of Keyser for revoked for DUI

June 9, 2008
• KCPO cited Russel LeRoy Michaels, 26, of Westernport for open container
• Following a complaint, KCPO arrested Juliet Darline Bowen, 46, and Jesse Andrew Barnes, 40, of Augusta for possession with intent to distribute.

June 11, 2008
• KCPO arrested Wesley Daniel Viney, 20, on a capias for failure to appear
