Saturday, Feb. 6
2:18 a.m. — Following a traffic stop on South Mineral Street, Keyser City Police charged three people with underage possession and consumption of alcohol. Charged were: Ryan P. Doll, 19, of Landing, N.J.; J'Qvan D. Willis, 19, of Franklin, W.Va., and Anthony T. Baker, 19, of Romney.
8 p.m. — Officers were called to the 100 block of Mozelle Street for a report of a stolen cell phone. Upon arrival, officers observed an individual who was wanted on two separate warrants for failure to appear and failure to report to the day-reporting center. Arrested on those charges was Aaron J. McGoye, 20, of Keyser.
8:55 p.m. — Officers responded to Cornell Street to serve an arrest warrant on Brittany A. O'Reilly, 23 of Keyser, for domestic battery.

Tuesday, Feb. 9
McCOOLE — Officers with the Allegany County Bureau of Police were on routine patrol Tuesday when they came upon a disabled vehicle at the intersection of  Burke Hill Road and U.S. Route 220 in McCoole.
While out with the subjects, officers searched the vehicle and found a quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The occupants of the vehicle, Marshall D. Paugh, 25, and Clinton F. Knotts, 19, both of Keyser, were arrested and taken before an Allegany Court Commissioner.
Both were held on bail.
