9:57 p.m. — Keyser City Police served an arrest warrant on Jennifer L. Fisces, 25, of Keyser, as a fugitive from justice related to a petit larceny charge in Allegany County, Md.
Thursday, Sept. 2
2:02 a.m. — Following a traffic stop on East Piedmont Street, Keyser City Police charged Romona K. Dinoso, 21, of Keyser, with misdemeanor possession of 5.7 grams of marijuana. She was also charged with driving on an expired registration.
