MOOREFIELD -

Warrants were issued Monday for the arrests of three former employees of the South Branch Career and Technical Center.
Individuals charged were former director Robert Sisk, who is currently serving as interim president at Eastern Community and Technical College, Tameia Kitzmiller and LeeAnn Shreve, this according to the West Virginia State Police.
All three were charged with alteration and deletion of computer data.
Sisk was charged additionally with petit larceny for allegedly removing a hard drive from the computer in his office while he was employed at South Branch Career and Technical Center.
Questions were initially raised when it was discovered by newly-appointed Director Randy Whetstone that a computer was missing from his office. It was later determined that Sisk had removed the hard drive from the computer.
Subsequent investigation by the Administrative Council discovered that a substantial amount, if not all, information on two computers utilized by Shreve and Kitzmiller were deleted and records were no longer available. These records included, among other files, financial transactions for the center detailing its expenditures.
The Administrative Council retained a private investigator who subsequently filed a report with Senior Trooper D.G. Lahman of West Virginia State Police Moorefield/Petersburg Detachment.  Senior Trooper D.G. Lahman furthered the investigation, which resulted in submission of four misdemeanor arrests warrants for those mentioned above.
Further investigation into the possible recreation and/or retrieval of the numerous records deleted will be conducted in order to determine if additional wrongdoing has occurred.
Last fall, independent auditors found personal purchases on a state credit card, numerous improper payments and missing receipts, invoices and fundraising records.
Sisk, 60, is a resident of Petersburg. The South Branch Career and Technical Center employed him for a total of 32 years, 19 of which he served as acting director.
Sisk retired from South Branch Career on June 30, 2007.
Kitzmiller, 46, of Elk Garden served as Financial Service Coordinator for 14 years.
Shreve, 38, is a resident of Ruddle in Pendleton County.  She served as a secretary for 18 years.
Shreve tendered her resignation on June 27, 2007.
