MARTINSBURG – A Keyser man has admitted to distributing cocaine in Hampshire County, according to United States Attorney Bill Powell.

MARTINSBURG – A Keyser man has admitted to distributing cocaine in Hampshire County, according to United States Attorney Bill Powell.
Emilio Regueno pled guilty Wednesday to one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine, admitting to distributing cocaine in May 2016 in Hampshire County.
Regueno is facing up to 20 years incarceration and a fine of up to $1,000,000. Under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, the actual sentence imposed will be based upon the seriousness of the offenses and the prior criminal history, if any, of the defendant.
Assistant U.S. Attorneys Shawn M. Adkins and Lara K. Omps-Botteicher are prosecuting the case on behalf of the government.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Eastern Panhandle Drug & Violent Crimes Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative, investigated.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Robert W. Trumble presided.
