KEYSER - Potomac Valley Hospital has a long history in Mineral County.
The hospital has existed in some capacity since 1931, beginning as the Huffman Hospital. Through the years, ownership and locations have changed, however the spirit of Potomac Valley remains dedicated to serving the residents of Mineral County.
In an effort to honor all the people who helped make Potomac Valley Hospital what it is today, the hospital will be creating a “History Hall” within the  facility. The purpose of the History Hall will be to highlight the heritage of the hospital's community through the years.
Potomac Valley Hospital is asking for help from the community. If anyone  has pictures of individuals who played an important role in the history of Potomac Valley Hospital,  PVH would  like to know.
For more information, or to schedule a time to bring in your pictures  and share  the stories behind them, contact Christian Brooks at 304-597-3648.
