KEYSER - The 2017 Toys for Tots campaign is well underway, with applications still being accepted online and various locations set up around Mineral County to accept donations.

KEYSER - The 2017 Toys for Tots campaign is well underway, with applications still being accepted online and various locations set up around Mineral County to accept donations.
The campaign is being sponsored in Mineral County by the Women of the Moose, with Alta Brooks as chair.
According to Brooks, there is a large number of children on the list this year to receive help.
And the list is still growing. Those in need of assistance have until 6 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 3, to apply. Applications may be filled out at toysfortots.org.
In the meantime, Brooks is making the rounds among the 17 businesses serving as drop-off sites.
Toys may be dropped off at the following locations:

 - Keyser Wal-mart
 - Rent-a-Center in Keyser
 - Aaron’s in Keyser
 - Progressive Physical Therapy
 - Wepco in Keyser
 - Chessie Federal Credit Union in Keyser
 - BB&T Bank in Keyser
 - Dollar General in Keyser
 - Dollar General in Fountain
 - Family Dollar in Keyser
 - Martin’s in Keyser
 - Good as New in Keyser
 - The Loyal Order of Moose in Wiley Ford
 - The Loyal Order of Moose in Keyser
 - Advance Auto in Keyser
 - Auto Zone in Keyser
Anyone wishing to help Brooks with picking up toys or other duties in preparation for the giveaway is urged to call her at 304-788-5234 or 304-813-6225.
