SHORT GAP - The Frankfort Falcons got back on track Wednesday night with a convincing 61-37 win over Berkeley Springs.  
The Falcons were on fire to start the game, scoring 19 points in the first quarter. Tough defense was the key in the second quarter as the Indians were held to 7 points, giving the Falcons a 31-18 lead at the half.  
Frankfort continued their offensive push in the third quarter, extending the lead to 50-24.
The fourth quarter was a formality as the Falcons wrapped up their ninth win of the year.
Abby Beeman led the way with 24 points, McKenna Douthitt reached double figures scoring 12 points, Macie Miller poured in 8 points, and Katie Beeman chipped in 7.  Berkeley Springs had one player reach double figures, Emily Young with 15 points.  
Next up for the Frankfort Falcons (9-3) is a road game at East Fairmont Classic vs Lincoln at 4 p.m. on Monday.
