TAYLOR-WASHINGTON
Latia S. Taylor and Robert Anthony Washington II will unite in marriage on March 28, 2008 at 3 p.m. at Calvary Assembly of God located on rt. 46 in Fort Ashby.
Latia is the daughter of Minister Chris and Eva Taylor of New Creek.
Anthony is the son of Missy and J.R. Smith of Keyser and Robert Anthony Washington of Clarksburg.
Although some invitations have been sent friends, and family are welcome to attend.
A reception will follow at the Keyser Moose.

RHODES-SPIKER
Leonard and Carole Rhodes are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Summer Lynn of Oakland, Md. to  Joseph T. Spiker of McHenry, Md. 
Summer is the daughter of the late Diane Rhodes.  She is a graduate of Keyser High School, attended Potomac State College and is employed by Phenix Technologies of McHenry, Md. in the accounting department.
Joseph is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Spiker of McHenry, Md.  He is a graduate of Northern High School, attended Frostburg State University and is a US Navy veteran.  He is employed by Spiker Bros. Construction.
A September wedding is planned.
