KEYSER — Jaime Lyn Love and Steven Taha Ali were united in marriage on May 30, 2009, at Grace United Methodist Church, in Keyser W.Va.  
The Rev. James McCune officiated the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of George and Regina Love of Keyser, and the groom is the son of Taha and Darlene Ali of Michigan.  
Jaime is the granddaughter of Paul and Mabel Clem of Romney, W.Va., and Douglas Love Jr. of New Creek, W.Va., and the late Wanda V. Love.
The bride was escorted to the altar by her father and given in marriage by her parents.
The bride wore a designer gown of imported white satin with lace overlay from Lennox East, of LaVale, Md.  The gown was designed by the award winning designer Christina Wu, from the International Private Label Collection.
The dress featured a strapless sweet heart neckline and a tightly fitted drop waist. The dress was completely beaded in an all-over design of tiny pearls, beads and crystals and flowed to a full cathedral train.
Jaime wore a Swarovski Crystal tiara with a two-tier imported French illusion veil edged with bugle pearls and crystals falling around her waist.
Jaime carried a bouquet of pool blue and white silk roses with sparkling baby’s breath, white seed pearl accents and miniature roses to match the attendants’ gowns. Each had matching ribbon and strands of pearl to compliment the bouquets.
Jaime’s flowers had an accent color of eggplant to finish off her bouquet.  For her “something old,” Jaime carried her great-grandmother’s handkerchief that was adorned with a delicate blue rose and a scalloped edge.  
The attendants wore floor-length strapless satin Alfred Angelo gowns of pool blue with a delicate white chiffon sash at the waist and matching white chiffon trim at the hem.  Each wore a circle of love aqua blue necklace given to them as gifts from the bride.  Each carried matching bouquets of pool blue and white silk roses made by the mother of the bride.
Jaime's attendants were: matron of honor-Heidi Durst Reed, friend of the bride of Martinsburg W.Va., maid of honor-Laurie Ogu, friend of the bride of Keyser W.Va., bridesmaids Kacee Whetzel Everline, friend of the bride of Keyser W.Va., Connie Asbury Canan of Morgantown, W.Va., and Samantha Canan of Romney W.Va., cousins of the bride.
Alexia and Keiley Love, nieces of the bride, served as flower girls.
They wore matching white spaghetti strap tea length dresses with a satin bodice and tulle skirting, and satin pool blue sashes which trimmed the waist.  They wore a halo of pool blue and white miniature roses with ribbon and pearl accents.  
They carried white satin baskets with a pearl accent containing white and pool blue petals.
Best man was Patrick Ali, brother of the groom. Groomsmen, all friends of the groom, were: John Ceico, Joe Sheldon, Tony Hogston, and Russell Buffa, all from Michigan.
Ushers were J.R .Love, Bryan Love, brothers of the bride, both from Keyser, Jake and Mike Staggers, friends of the bride from Keyser, W.Va. Jake Staggers read scripture during the ceremony, while Mike read a poem during the lighting of the unity candle.
Matthew Junkins, cousin of the bride, served as ring bearer.  
All groomsmen wore black tuxes with pool blue vests and matching ties from Lennox East.
A memorial bouquet of flowers matching the attendants' flowers adorned the altar table in memory of the bride's grandmother, Wanda Love; the groom's grandparents, Harriet and Douglas Wibby: the groom's uncle, Dee Wibby; the bride's uncle, Roger Ammons; the bride's aunt, Judy Ammons; childhood friend of the bride, Chrissy Crowe; and special family friend of the bride, Gloria K. Staggers.
Makayla and Jacob Whelan, cousins of the bride, passed out bubbles to guests.
The music was provided by Mary Theresa Hawkins.  
The bride and groom walked out to the music of Etta James' “At Last.”
The reception was held at the Burlington Fire Hall, with a buffet-style dinner.  The catering was by On Track Concessions of Keyser.  
The three-tier wedding cake sat atop a fountain of pool blue water and was surrounded by six additional cakes.
Roses of pool blue and white silk stem pearls and baby’s breath adorned the cake, along with pool blue ribbon.  The wedding cake was baked by Bonnie Gobel of Mt. Savage, Md.
The cake was served by friends of the bride,  Melanie Ogu of Keyser and Erica Ogu Denmark of Lemoore, Calif.
Photographer for the evening was Erik Rogers of Keyser.
Serving as DJ was special friend and former basketball coach of Jaime's, Scott Furey of Keyser.  
Jaime and Steven’s first dance was to Tim McGraw’s “My Best Friend”. The father- daughter dance was to “I Loved her First” by Heartland.
Staff Sgt. Steven Ali is  in the United States Army, stationed at Ft. Bragg, Fayetteville, N.C., and is currently serving in Iraq.  
Jaime is employed with Potomac Valley Hospital as an LPN and is continuing her education at Allegany College, earning her RN.  
The couple set up their home in Fayetteville, N.C.
A honeymoon to St. Lucia is being planned upon Steven’s return home this summer.
