Boy Scouts of America are not only celebrating their 100th birthday this week, but Sunday, Feb. 14, is also Boy Scout Sunday.

In honor of one of the top organizations in the world dedicated to helping young boys learn about life and the world around them, the Mineral Daily News Tribune is inviting you to email us your Boy Scout photos.

Perhaps it's a photo of your favorite Scout, or of yourself when you were involved in Scouting. A photo from a favorite camping experience, the day you or your son earned that treasured badge, or photos from an Eagle Scout project.

Whatever your favorite Boy Scouting moment, we'd love for you to share your photos.

Please include the name of the Scout or Scouts in the photo, the subject of the photo, and the year it was taken.

Email all information to lbeavers@newstribune.info. Photos will be used either in the Saturday, Feb. 13, issue of the News Tribune or posted to the website (or both).

Deadline to email photos is noon THursday, Feb. 11.
