KEYSER - Three persons listed in MIneral County's Most Wanted on the front page of Tuesday's Mineral Daily News Tribune - plus a fourth subject - have been arrested.
Mineral County Sheriff Jeremy Taylor told the News Tribune Tuesday that his department had been kept busy after the photos of 14 persons wanted for various reasons had appeared in that morning's paper.
William Joseph Summers, 41, who had been wanted for a charge of domestic battery, turned himself in to the Keyser Police Department Tuesday, and was taken to Mineral County Magistrate Court, where he was released on a $750 personal recognizance bond.
Although summers was not one of the 14 people pictured on the front page, his information was included in the story.
Christopher Scott Moss, 37, who was wanted for failure to appear on a grand jury indictment for two counts of failure to register as a sex offender, was located in jail in Chester County, Pa., and a warrant was executed against him.
Michael Joseph Holstine, 23, wanted for domestic battery and destruction of property, turned himself in to the sheriff's department. He was taken to Magistrate Court, where bond was set at $1,000. He was transported to the Potomac Highlands Regional Jail in Augusta in lieu of bond.
A fourth person, who was not on the list, was also arrested by deputies on Tuesday: Robert Suter III of Keyser was arrested on a warrant for destruction of property. He was taken to Magistrate Court and released on personal recognizance bond.
