KEYSER - Students returned to Potomac State College of West Virginia University this past weekend after a four-week holiday break.
For the first time, female students moved onto the third floor of Catamount Place, the college's newly renovated residence hall which was the former Potomac Valley Hospital.
Male students moved onto the second floor this past fall.
Catamount Place features multiple living options. It is gender by floor with singles, doubles, quads, and suites, a cardio-fitness center, community lounges, a quiet study area, centralized laundry, cable television, security cameras, electronic locks, Internet hookups for each student, and off-street parking.
