  • CHARLESTON - Karalee Geis of Short Gap was among 45 of the top seniors in the state of West Virginia to be selected to serve as a page Monday for the Inauguration of Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin.
    Geis, a senior at Frankfort High School, is pictured outside the capital building with Del. Ruth Rowan.
